One More Light Health Services provides individualized mental health care for children, adolescents, and adults. We are known for our genuine passion to support those with mental health needs. Our greatest goal is to guide our patients by walking with them on their journey, so they rediscover their own light to shine again; To restore balance in life, using evidence-based treatments for the relief of various psychiatric symptoms. Our well-trained board-certified psychiatric providers have years of experience with expertise in multiple mental health conditions including ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, and several others. We are devoted to providing a compassionate and supportive approach towards achieving our patient’s goals. We integrate principles from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy into our sessions to effectively address specific concerns and enhance our clients' quality of life.
